Christmas Special

The Deal

We normally charge $50 for a half-hour training session at Mount Yonah Gym.

Through December 31st, we’re offering:

3-9 sessions purchased in advance: $37.50 per session
10 or more sessions purchased in advance: $35 per session

Why We’re Doing This

Let’s be honest: January 1st, 2026 isn’t going to magically make you more motivated. The work won’t be easier. You won’t suddenly “feel ready.”

What changes? You either decide or you don’t.

We’re making the decision easier. That’s it.

This isn’t a gimmick to fill slots or hit some arbitrary sales goal. We’re not desperate for clients. We’re offering this because if price is the only thing standing between you and committing to your strength, we can remove that barrier for a few weeks.

After January 1st, pricing goes back to $50 per session. No negotiation. No “can I still get the holiday rate?”

What You’re Actually Getting

This isn’t bootcamp. This isn’t someone yelling motivational nonsense at you while you do burpees until you puke.

Every 30-minute session includes:

  • Strategic progression designed around your body’s constitution and goals
    Individual programming. Not cookie-cutter garbage.
  • Ayurvedic wellness integration that optimizes your training and recovery
Ancient wisdom that actually works, applied by someone who graduated from the two best Ayurvedic colleges in the US and has been living it, teaching it, and working with clients for nearly 20 years.
  • Mental resilience training that builds unshakeable focus
Because strength is more than physical.
  • Expert guidance from trainers with decades of operational experience
Tim: Former Coast Guard, SWAT Team Leader and SWAT Instructor, trained under the founder of SEAL Team 6 and Red Cell.
Vie: Graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute and Mount Madonna Institute, nearly 20 years of practical Ayurvedic application and client work.

This isn’t cookie-cutter programming. This is precision training built specifically for YOU.

Who This Is For

Our private training is ideal for:

  • Serious individuals ready to train with purpose and intensity
  • Those who value quality over quantity in their fitness approach
  • People tired of wasting time on ineffective programming
  • Clients who want customized programming based on their unique constitution
  • Anyone who’s done with the fitness industry’s BS and wants real training

Who This Isn’t For

  • People looking for quick fixes or magic pills
  • Anyone expecting us to coddle them
  • People who aren’t ready to commit and show up
  • Anyone looking for another excuse to fail or another trainer to blame when they stay unhealthy

We’re not for everyone. And we’re okay with that.
