There are timeless techniques based on the two principles above that can progressively challenge our mental, physical and emotional bodies and help us expand our comfort zone to areas we had not considered.
In this course we will focus on how to apply some of these techniques into your own and your Student’s yoga practice by incorporating body-weight movements that enhance strength, control, balance and coordination in traditional and non-traditional ways.
