Why Are We Doing This?

The way we perceive our environment is through our senses. The better care we take of our senses, the clearer and happier our perception will be.

According to Ayurveda there are six tastes and twenty qualities that can be used to describe any food or drink and the physiological, emotional and mental effects that it will have on us. Becoming familiar with these tastes and qualities, helps us honor our senses.

We are spirits in a body.  The reason we came here to this World and to this Earth from the Spirit World is so we could experience sensible vices.
