This course will give you the ability to work with yourself and your private clients at a deeper, more effective level.
This Blended Format Includes
- 60 hours of in-person training on the island of Aegina, Greece.
- 14 hours preparatory training through online coursework consisting of videos, audio, text and quizzes
- A minimum of 2 private 30-minute skype calls to assist with the preparatory training
- 23 hours post-practicum tailored to each student (optional)
- A minimum of 4 private 30-minute skype calls to assist with the post-practicum (optional)
This Immersion Training Offers
- 75-100 AAPNA (Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America) CEU’s.
- 75-100 Yoga Alliance CEU’s.
- 75-100 hours towards any of our 250-hr to 1000-hr Heart to Mind Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy™ Certification.

- Special Case Analysis such as: Sleep Disorders, IBS, Autoimmune Disorders, Depression, Diabetes, and more
- Special Techniques such as: Structured Meditation, Non-Structured Meditation, Marma Point Therapy, Breathwork, Pulse Meditation Technique, and more
- Introduction to Quantum Mechanics
